the Betty Nyght Hamilton Bandshell. Contact Jen Martino at
352-5250 if you wish to perform.

21 - Share Your Talent Evening
5:00
pm at Zion Lutheran Church. Homemade ice-cream, hot dogs,
burgers, bars and drinks. Free Will Offering to go to Stephen
Ministry and youth group programs. This special night is open

25 - Gowrie Area Arts Council - East Side Jazz Team to perform at 7:30
pm at the Betty Nyght Hamilton Bandshell.
Zion Lutheran Church
will be hosting a garden tour on Saturday, June 27 - 10:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. Tickets are $8 with proceeds going to Ilembula Lutheran
Hospital in Tanzania for washers and dryers. You will be able to tour
the gardens at the following homes: Monte Albert, Kris Cathcart,
Cindy Fevold, Greta Jansa, Pauline Johnson, Jeff Kruse, Colleen
Palmer, and Norm and Phyllis Peterson. Tickets will be available from
any of these people or the day of the tour at Colleen Palmer's home.
In case of rain, the date will be Sunday, June 28 - 1:00 p.m. to 4
p.m.

The summer reading
program is being held Tuesday mornings throughout the month of
June. The theme this year is Be Creative at your Library.
Children ages 3 through 4th grade are encouraged to attend.

 The Gowrie Development Commission sponsors Yard of the Week
during June, July and August to recognize those residents
of Gowrie that take pride in keeping their yard neat and well kept.
